摘要
针对国产针布使用寿命和表面质量低于国外品牌针布的现状,详细分析了国内外针布的表面质量及基体的显微组织,重点对比了针布齿条的热处理及齿尖硬度的差异,指出我国金属针布生产厂应该对针布齿条的质量控制要素和对针布生产过程中每道热处理工序应达到的目的有一个正确的理解;而耐磨性的提高,应保证针布在热处理过程中各项工艺的稳定性和一致性,同时说明热处理后的组织以及针尖部硬度梯度也是影响针布使用寿命的重要因素,且不可省略针布齿条毛坯球化退火这一工序;提出通过研制针布专用水基淬火剂解决这一思路。
As to the fact that the domestic card clothing is inferior to the overseas product in service life and surface quality,details introduction is made to the surafce quality and metallographic structure of the domestic and overseas products. Highlight is given to the difference of the heattreatment process and wire point hardness of the card clothing. Conclusion is made that we should have scientific understanding of the main factors involved with wire quality and content of every step of the heattreatment process. Durability of the wire depends on stability and conformity of the items in the process of heattreatment. Furthermore,the structure of the wire after heattreatment and the cascading hardness of the point are also important to service life of the card clothing. The spheroidizing annealing technique for the wire blank is indispensable for the card clothing manufacturing. Water-based quenching medium is a good development for the card clothing wire treatment.
