A Novelty Design of the False Edge Cutting Mechanism of Link-type for Shuttleless Looms

针对目前无梭织机上应用较多的假边剪刀机构存在纱线品种适应性差、制造及维护成本高的缺陷,在分析其工作原理的基础上,详细介绍了利用具有近似停歇曲柄摇杆机构原理设计的新型连杆式假边剪刀机构的工作原理及设计步骤。通过两种机构的对比试验证明,新型假边剪刀机构的纱线品种适应性几乎不受限制,机构简单可靠,只采用一片普通材质的刀片,可重复使用,制造及维护成本均有较大幅度降低。

As to the poor adjustability of the yarn products, high cost of manufacturing and maintenance of the false edge cutting mechanism of link-type on the shuttleless looms in service, details introduction is made to the new false edge cutting mechanism of link-type on the shuttleless looms regarding the philosophy and design processes, which is close to the intermittent crank mechanism. Comparative production proves that the new false edge cutting mechanism of link-type on the shuttleless looms is adjustable to near all varieties of yarn with simple mechansm, only one blade of conventional material can be repeatedly used, thus with low cost of manufacturing and maintenance.
