基于NUMECA技术的喷气织机主喷嘴内部流场数值模拟

NUMECA-based Numerical Value Analog of Flow Field Inside of the Main Nozzles of Air-jet Looms

针对目前国产喷气织机喷嘴气流流场相关的数据主要是通过安放传感器进行试验测试的方法来获得,存在一定的不准确性的问题,通过对喷气织机主喷嘴现状的分析提出了应用CFD的思路,简要介绍了NUMECA软件,并应用该软件进行主喷嘴内部流场数值模拟,为国产喷气织机主喷嘴的研制开发提供参考。

As to the data irregularity of the flow field inside the main nozzles of the domestic air-jet looms caused with the sensor,analysis is done to the current status of the main nozzles of the air-jet looms,and CFD concept is introduced. Brief introduction is made to the NUMECA software used for analog of numerical value of the flow field inside of the main nozzles for further development of the domestic main nozzles for the air-jet looms.
