摘要
为了保证梳棉机优质高产,介绍了锡林、道夫、盖板、刺辊针布及罗拉齿条、附加分梳元件的技术进步和相关参数的发展变化,结合金属针布选型前的考虑因素及选型举例,指出应根据所纺原料及梳棉机的不同,有针对性地选择锡林、道夫、刺辊、罗拉、活动盖板针布及附加分梳件,说明针布的选型、使用是一项较细致、多因素的工作,在纺纱实践中还应考虑多方面的工艺因素,只有做到合理配置,才会起到较好的分梳作用。
For quality productin of card,introduction is made to the tech-progress and the specification modification involved with the cylinder, doff, flat, clothing for taker-in roller, roller wire and attached carding elements. Considering the factors with the clothing selection and selection sampling, the selection of the cylinder, doff,taker-in roller, roller, rotating tops and the attached elements should be carried out in conformity with raw material,types of the card. It proves that selection and application of the clothing is a delicate work prone to multi-factors such as process. Only proper configuration of the clothing is gained, can good carding performance be realized.
