A New Method Making Grains on Covering Belt for Take-up Rollers

针对国内卷取辊用包覆带品种单一且技术落后的现状,从产品制造的关键技术入手,在分析其常用两种花纹制造方法的基础上,介绍了卷取辊用包覆带花纹的新制造方法。通过与国外产品在表面粗糙度、摩擦系数性能方面的对比分析,说明采用新方法制造的花纹外观及性能均达到国外同类产品的水平,是纺织、印染卷取装置用的优良器材。

As to the domestic situation of onefolded production with dismoded technology for the covering apron for take-up rollers, starting with the key technology of manufacturing,a new method is introduced for making grains on covering apron for take-up rollers after the comparative analysis of the two conventional methods of grain making. In contrast to the overseas product in roughness and friction factor, conclusion is made that the new apron roller produced with the new method can be a substitution of the same kind from abroad,thus one of the good accessories for textile and dyeing production.
