川南片区急诊患者就诊特点的回顾性研究

The Retrospective Study of Characteristics of Patients with Emergency Treatment

目的探讨川南片区急诊患者就诊特点。方法系统回顾我院急诊科2006年11月1日～2007年10月31日急诊就诊患者在不同时间段总就诊量、新留观患者数、输液组数、出诊次数及不同月份就诊患者数、观察患者数、抢救患者数、输液组数、出诊次数。结果每日8～12时及16～20时、20～24时就诊患者数量、新留观察患者数、护士输液组数及出诊次数均较其它时段明显增多,具有统计学差异(P<0.05及P<0.01);11、12两个月就诊患者数、观察患者数、抢救患者数、输液组数及出诊次数均明显高于其它月份,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论急诊就诊患者在1d中各时段和1年中各月份具有不同的特点,可根据这些特点分时段优化护理资源配置,合理安排护理人员休假、进修学习,减轻护士压力,提高医疗护理质量。

Objective To study the characteristics of patients with emergency treatment. Methods Systematically reviewed our hospital emergency departmen on November 1,2006-October 31,2007 emergency treatment of patients at different times of the total attendance, the number of new cases of observation, the number of infusion groups and the number of visits, and different month of attendance, the number of cases of observation, the rescue number of cases, the number of infusion groups and the number of visits. Results The total attendance,the number of new cases of observation,the number of infusion groups and the number of visits in Daily 8-12,and 16-20,20-24 were significantly more than those in other times. （Respectively P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. The number of attendance, the number of cases of observation,the rescue number of cases,the number of infusion groups and the number of visits in months of 11, 12 were significantly higher than those in other months（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion There are different characteristics of the patients of emergency treatmen in .different times of each day and different month of whole year. So nursing resources should be allocated according to these characteristics. Nurses＇ days off and advanced studies should be arranged reasonably. In doing so,the pressure of nurses can be al- leviated and medical and nursing quality can be increased.
