近年来新的管理理论,包括供应链管理、业务流程再造及学习型组织等,为企业的生存竞争和发展提供了新的途径和空间,同时也为图书馆管理提供了新的方法。图书馆应该在战略的基础上,构建本身组织的总体整合模式,以提高图书馆的灵活性和核心竞争力。

In recent years, new management theories, such as Supply Chain Management, Business Process Reengineering, Learning Organization, etc. , provide new method and space for the survival competition and development of enterprises. They also provide new approaches for library management. Libraries should construct overall integration mode for their organizations based on strategic planning, in order to improve the flexibility and core competitiveness of libraries.
