摘要
要把工业园区推向"质量型"的快车道,人力资源特别是高级技术人才的本地化配置问题显得尤为突出。职业教育具有鲜明的双重需求主体特征,成功实现职业教育与园区经济的人才对接,是实现园区产业结构优化最为现实有力的途径,是园区经济发展的重要基础。职业院校应根据工业园区的产业特点,切实提高社会化水平,大力促进职业教育与园区经济交构与融合的"双螺旋"互动发展。
