Optimum design of CSALT and SSALT with tail-cut Ⅱand their compare

在截尾数据单调的约束条件下,给出了指数分布场合下,k个恒定应力加速寿命试验与步进应力加速寿命试验失效数分配的优化设计,证明了Ⅱ型截尾情况下恒加试验优化设计与步加试验优化设计的等效性,同时得出了Ⅰ型截尾情况下步加试验优化设计优于恒加试验优化设计的结论。

The optimum design of invalidation number in K stresses CSALT and SSALT under the condition of tail- cut monotonic data restriction and an exponential distribution is given in this paper. The equivalent between the CSALT optimum design and SSALT optimum design under the tail- cut Ⅱis proved and under the tail- cut Ⅰ , SSALT optimum design is better than CSALT optimum design.
