2005年至2007年广西临床化学室间质量评价结果分析

Analysis of External Quality Assessment Results of Clinical Chemistry from 2005 to 2007 in Guangxi

目的:掌握广西临床化学室间质量评价活动情况,为提高广西临床化学检测水平和质量提出改进意见和建议。方法:对2005年至2007年连续三年的广西临床化学检验室间质量评价活动的结果进行分析。结果:K、Glu、TP、Alb、CHO、TG、ALT、AST等项目2007年度合格及格率均超过达到了80%以上;Na、Ca、Bun等2007年度合格率不足70%;实验室检验总体成绩是满意的,实验室年度总评合格率2007年达到74.9%,但有少数实验室连续多次活动不合格。结论:做好室间质评结果分析、规范校准物的使用与做好室内质量控制数据,实验室间对比是提高临床化学检验质量的保证。

Objective To master the status of Guangxi clinical chemistry External Quality Assessment（EQA） program, in order to propose the improvement suggestion for the increase Guangxi clinical chemistry quality.Methods Analyse the resuits of the clinical chemistry EQA from 2005 to 2007.Results The K,Glu,TP,Alb,CHO,TG,ALT,AST successed rate were more than 80% in 2007 year;the Na,Ca,Bun successed rate were less than 70% in 2007year;The overall result of the clinical chemistry EQA were satisfactory, the laboratory annual successesd rates was 74,9% in 2007 year, but there were several laboratory continuous unsuccessed in 3 years EQA.Conclusion Better analysis of EQA results,correct use of calibrator and participate the internal quality control data compared with inter-laboratories were the guarantee of increase the quality of clinical chemistry analyse.
