低场永磁磁共振在急性脑梗死诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨低场永磁磁共振(MR)应用于急性脑梗死诊断中的价值。方法:分析45例起病3d内急性脑梗死患者的磁共振弥散成像(DWI)表现与常规T1WI、T2WI、FLAIR对照分析。结果:急性脑梗死在DWI表现为高信号,本组急性梗死灶在发病6h以后DWI显示达100%,高于T1WI(51.1%)、T2WI(60%)、FLAIR(80%),差异有统计意义。结论:DWI可以早期明确脑梗死诊断,与T2WI及FLAIR压水像相结合还有利于鉴别新旧梗塞。 Objective Discusses low field permanent magnetism magnetic resonance (MR)to apply in the acute cerebral infarction diagnoses the value.Methods Analyzes 45 examples to get up gets sick in 3 day the acute brain stem dead patient's magnetic resonance dissemination image formation (DWI) performance and conventional TiWI,T2WI,the FLAIR check analysis.Results The acute brain stem dies in the DWI performance is the high signal, this group of acute stem dead stove will be being taken bad 6 h later the DWI demonstration to reach 100%, will be higher than T1WI (51.1%),T2WI(60%),FLAIR(80%), the difference has the statistical significance.Conclusion DWI may the early time be clear about the cerebral infarction to diagnose,presses the water with T2WI and FLAIR to unify likely is also advantageous in distinguishing newly blocks old.
