基于补偿模糊神经网板料塑性成形摩擦影响因子研究

摘要 提出了板料塑性成形摩擦影响因子评测理论,并基于补偿模糊控制思想将摩擦影响因子引入评测方程,建立了补偿模糊神经网络板料塑性成形摩擦影响因子模型,结合目标样本,给出了摩擦影响因子具体实例的评测结果。结果表明,补偿模糊神经网络能够从初始正确定义或错误定义的模糊规则进行摩擦影响因子评测训练,基于补偿模糊神经网络评测摩擦影响因子全局误差0.4%。 The evaluation theory of grind affect gene of sheet plastic shape is proposed. The evaluated equation on compensate fuzzy control is introduced into grind affect gene, the model of grind affect gene of sheet plastic shape on compensate fuzzy control is built. The goal specimen is combined with the special predict results of grind affect gene. The grind affect gene train of correct or error define on compensate fuzzy control is showed. The total error of grind affect gene on compensate fuzzy control is 0.4 percent.
