摘要 采用机器人与伺服压力机联动控制的方式,在平面简单模具中进行方棒的无宽展阶梯形状锻造。根据A.Tomlinson宽展公式,同时考虑材料的各向异性,推导出中间尺寸预测公式。对不同相对长度小方块进行压缩实验,得到材料不同方向的宽展系数。依据推导的公式及宽展系数,进行了增量锻造试验,得到了等宽阶梯零件。 Increment forging of no-spread-ladder part was studied with the method of combining robot and servo-press in a simple plane dies. According to the spread equation of A. Tomlison, the calculating equation of medium dimension of part was derived by considering the anisotropy of material. The spread coefficients in different direction was obtained by compressing small square blocks with different relative length. The required no-spread-ladder part was made according to as-derived equation and spread coefficents.
