摘要
通过光弹实验测量残余应力的分布形态,并通过应力-光学定律计算出相应的残余应力值,将该数值与模拟值做了分析比较。结果表明,对于同一工艺参数,残余应力的数值从浇口附近至流动末端逐渐减小;对于不同工艺参数,对残余应力的影响程度从大到小的顺序为熔体温度、模具温度、注射压力、冷却时间。
First of all, the residual stresses distribution is measured by photoelastic experiment, and then the corresponding residual stresses are calculated by applying stress optics law, finally, the values of residual stresses is compared to mathematical simulative values. There are two aspects can be shown by research. For a same process parameter, the residual stresses is decrease gradually from sprue to flow end. For different process parameters, the sequence of the process parameters is melt temperature, mold temperature, injection pressure, cooling time according to their influencing degree to residual stress from intensity to feebleness.
