摘要
采用紫外光谱、荧光光谱和共振光散射光谱,研究了农药类环境内分泌干扰物双酚A以及重金属类内分泌干扰物Cd2+和Pb2+与DNA的相互作用,结果表明,双酚A和重金属离子均能与DNA发生相互作用,双酚A与DNA的作用模式为嵌入模式,金属离子与DNA作用后形成复杂的超分子配合物.
Endocrine disrupting chemicals(bisphenol A)and heavy metal(Cd^2+, Pb^2+)were studied with respect to its binding to DNA by UV absorption, fluorescence and resonance light scattering spectrometry. The results demonstrate that the bisphenol A and heavy metal ions can interact with DNA, and the role model of DNA with bisphenol A is an embedded model, metal ions with DNA form a supramolecular complex.
