摘要
采用固相萃取技术对样品进行预处理,建立了优化的合成麝香类化合物的GC-MS分析方法.本方法的分析灵敏度高,可对4种合成麝香类化合物同时分析测定,其最低检测限(LOD)在20—125ng·l-1.该方法对替代物的平均回收率是96.4±8.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为9.1%.
The aim of this paper is to develop a simple and convenient method to isolate and concentrate a kind of personal care products(PCPs)——synthetic musks(SMs). In this paper, solid phase extraction(SPE)was used to extract trace target compounds in water sample.GC-MS was used to determine SMs. The results showed that the instrument was sensitive to the selected SMs. The range of limit of detection(LOD)was as low as 20—125ng·l^-1 . The mean surrogate recoveries were 96.4±8.7%(relative standard deviation(RSD)=9.1%)for fluoranthene d10.
