Technical Study of Removing Vanadium from Raw Titanium Tetrachloride by Organics

摘要 研究了海绵钛生产中粗TiCl4有机物除钒的工艺过程,通过试验比较了几种有机物除钒的效果,考查了试剂用量和反应温度对粗TiCl4除钒的影响,结果表明自制NR试剂除钒效果较好、试剂用量少、成本低。制备的精TiCl4含钒量≤0.0005%、比色度≤5 mgK2Cr2O7/L、TiCl4含量≥99.9%. The technical process of removing vanadium from raw TIC14 was studied by organics in titanium sponge production. By experiment the effects of several kind of organics on removing vanadium are compared, and the affection of reagent dosage and reaction temperature to removing vanadium from raw TiCl4 are reviewed. The results show that the NR reagent has a good effect on removing vanadium, and the dosage and cost is small. The content of vanadium in the purificatory is no more than 0.0005% ,and eolourmetrie purity is no more than 5mg K2Cr2OT/L,and the content of TiCl4 is more than 99.9%.
