鼻敏合剂治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Allergic Nephritis Mixture on Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

观察鼻敏合剂（制附子、桂枝、细辛、黄芪、白术、防风、诃子、甘草等）治疗常年性变应性鼻炎５０例，治疗前后血清ＩｇＥ、症状、体征均有显著改变。提示温阳散寒、益气固表方对肾阳不足。

Fifty cases of perennial allergic rhinitis treated with Allergic Nephritis Mixture (Radix Aconiti praeparata, Ramulus Cinnamomi, Herba Asari, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Radix Ledebouriellae, Fructus Chebulae, and Radix Glycyrrhizae) were observed. Serum IgE, symptoms and signs were improved significantly after the treatment. The results suggest that prescriptions with the actions of warming yang and invigorating body resistance are quite effective in treating perennial allergic rhinitis due to insufficiency of the kidney-yang and failure of lung-qi .
