摘要
宝钢分公司4#连铸机结晶器振动装置采用滚动元件导向,避免了在弹簧中常见的疲劳失效,使导向系统工作寿命极大增加;该振动装置采用双液压缸直接驱动,不仅便于维护,而且产生波形较多,可随时调整波形和振幅。通过对该结晶器振动装置进行介绍,以及对双缸液压同步振动在该结晶器中应用进行分析,认为该振动系统具有结构简单、运行灵活、精确等优点,有力保证了4#连铸机稳定生产。
Some rolling elements are used for orientation of the mould oscillator of Baosteel Branch' s No. 4 continuous caster, which can avoid the common fatigure failure of the spring and greatly increase the orientation system' s service life. The oscillator is driven directly by double hydraulic cylinders, which not only makes the maintenance easier, but also produces more waves. The mould oscillator' s wave form and amplitude can be adjusted at any time. With an introduction to the mould oscillator and analysis of applications of the double hydraulic cylinder's synchronous vibration in the mould, the oscillating system was thought to have many advantages, such as a simple structure, flexible, accurate operation, etc. , which will ensure No. 4 continuous caster' s stable production.
