A Discussion on Energy Saving in HVAC at Baosteel

通过暖通节能问题的探讨,引起企业对节约能源的重视。针对宝钢在暖通领域中的实际状况进行了分析,采用空调与通风结合、控制通风温度、改变加热方式及合理利用空调和采暖冷凝水等方法节能,并提出一系列的改进设想与改造思路,能显著地提高能效,减少能源消耗,对进一步做好暖通节能工作有一定的借鉴作用。

Through discussions on energy saving in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning （HVAC）, enterprises will pay attention to energy saving projects. Based on Baosteel＇ s real situation, analysis of the HVAC at Baosteel was made. Some measures were taken such as combining air conditioning with ventilation, controlling ventilation temperature, changing heating methods and making use of condensed water from air conditioning and heating. A series of improvement plans and transform ideas were advanced, which will be helpful to enhance energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption greatly. All these could be shared for further energy saving.
