个性化实验室的建设对大学生创新团队的培养提供了肥沃的土壤。该文在深刻剖析团队建设重要性的基础上，从个性化实验室的运行、管理、实验项目设置、激励机制、教师团队的影响等方面阐述了对大学生创新团队的培养和训练。
Construction of individualized laboratory provides fertile soil for cultivation of innovative team. Based on an in- depth analysis of the significance of construction of teamwork, this paper expatiates how to cultivate and train the innovative team of the undergraduate through the running, management, the setting of experiment items, prompting mechanism, the influence of teacher teamwork and so on.
