柔性注压锚杆应力及许用拉拔荷载的确定

Study on the Stresses and the Maximal Admissible Drawing Load of Flexible Pressurized Anchor

柔性注压锚杆是一种新型锚杆,通过对其建立力学模型,导出了锚杆体纵向、环向和切向应力分量的公式。应用强度理论,建立了锚杆体中钢丝、高弹性橡胶及胶合面的强度条件,得出锚杆的最大许用拉拔荷载。这些结果可为该新型锚杆的结构设计、尺寸参数选择与试验提供参考依据。

Flexible pressurized anchor is a kind of new anchor. Mechanical model for the anchor was established, and the formulas of longitudinal stress, radial stress and hoop stress were deduced. Utilizing strength theories, the anchor strength conditions about steel wire, high elastic rubber and its gluing section were established. The maximal admissible drawing load was got, and it was compared with the test results.
