摘要
通过实验测定了湖北海棠叶中总黄酮的含量,并对湖北海棠叶黄酮提取工艺进行了研究。主要探讨了采用乙醇浸提法提取湖北海棠叶黄酮类物质的最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:湖北海棠叶中总黄酮的含量为4.5720%;乙醇浸提法的最佳工艺参数为乙醇浓度50%、料液比1∶50、浸提温度60℃、浸提时间4 h。
The content of total flavonoids in Malus hupehensis leaves and its extraction technology were studied in research. By means of the methods of ethanol-extracting, the optimum extraction conditions of flavonoids in Malus hupehensis leaves were determined. The results showed that the content of total flavonoids in Malus hupehensis leaves was 4. 572 0% ,and the optimum conditions of ethanol-extracting were obtained as follows：50% ethanol as solvent at 60 ℃ for 4h, and the ratio of material to solvent was 1：50.
