摘要
在机械设备中,机械松动是常见且易发生的故障类型。从测点振动的方向性、相位差以及结构刚度的非线性等方面,讨论了机械松动故障的时、频域振动特征及诊断,并以风机和齿轮减速箱机械松动故障的实例加以说明。
Mechanical looseness is one of common faults in mechanical equipments. In terms of vibration directivity,phase difference and structural stiffness nonlinearity, the vibration characteristics of the time and frequency domain and the vibration diagnosis on this kind of fault are discussed. Some cases are presented for explanation.
