不典型异位妊娠期待治疗31例临床分析

Expectant Management for Atypical Ectopic Pregnancy:31 Cases Experience

目的:探讨不典型异位妊娠门诊随访的可行性。方法:总结我院31例无明显停经史或短期停经后阴道少量不规则出血而无腹痛或下腹隐痛,血HCG≤200IU/L且呈下降趋势的不典型异位妊娠患者临床观察情况。结果:31例患者均自愈,自愈率100%(31/31),血HCG恢复正常的时间平均为(23.13±11.64)天。结论:血HCG≤200IU/L且呈下降趋势的不典型异位妊娠可予门诊随访观察。

Objective： To explore the feasibility of follow-up for patients of atypical ectopic pregnancy in out-patient clinic. Methods： To review and observe the clinical conditions of 31 patients of atypical ectopic pregnancy whose serum level of HCG≤200IU/L and keep descending,all the 31 patients have a few irregularly vaginal bleeding after short time pause menstruation or without the history of pause menstruation, without abdominal pain or vague pain in inferior belly. Results： All the 31 patients natural repaired, the ratio of natural repaired is 100% （31/31）. The average time of serum level of HCG recovered to normal are 23.13± 11.64 days. Conclusion： The patients of atypical ectopic pregnancy whose serum level of HCG≤2OOIU/L and keep descending can be followed up in out-patient clinic.
