子宫破裂的超声诊断价值分析

Value Analysis of Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Uterine Rupture

目的:探讨超声检查对子宫破裂的临床诊断价值。方法:对132例子宫破裂的声像图进行回顾性分析,并与临床手术结果相比较。结果:132例超声诊断为子宫破裂的患者中,被手术证实者108例,经临床治疗证实者20例。结论:超声检查对子宫破裂有着重要的临床诊断价值,是诊断子宫破裂的重要手段。

Objective： In order to discuss the ultrasonic diagnosis value of the Uterine Rupture. Methods： Review the uhrasonogram of 132 Uterine Rupture patients,and then compare the Analysis results to the operation results. Results： In the 132 Uterine Rupture＇s cases which be diagnosed by ultrasonic diagnosis,there are 108 cases to be proved by operation and 20 by Clinical treatment. Conclusion： In Uterine Rupture＇s diagnosis, The Uhrasonography is an Important means and of great value.
