760例住院患者抗生素使用分析

目的:通过对该院抗生素使用的调查和分析,了解该院抗生素的合理使用情况。方法:利用药房软件系统提取2005年4月谈院全部在院760例住院患者临床用药数据。用电子病例,挑选抗生素使用情况,设计调查表,对电子病例进行查阅登记,包括抗生素的使用种类。时间,联用情况等,最后结算出抗生素使用率,分析抗生素的合理使用情况.结果:①该院抗生素使用率53.86%.联合用药者占使用抗生素总人数的56.31%。②合理使用抗生素率为88.35%.结论:该院抗生素使用情况基本合理。

Objective： To understand the rational use of antibiotics by investing and analyzing the use condition of antibiotics in the hospital. Methods： Use the electric software system of pharmacy to select the clinical data of drug usage. The usage of antibiotics were choosed, designed the inventory, looked up and registered the illness records, including antibiotiicssorts, time and united conditions. At last, the rate of antibiotics was settled accounts, and the conditions f antibiotiicguse were analyzed. Results： （1）The rate of antibiotics application was 53. 860%, United application was 56.31%. （2）The rational use rate of antibiotics was 88.35 %. Conclusion： The current status of antibiotics in the hospital is rational.
