The Application of Risk Management in the Practice of Psychiatry Ward

目的:探讨风险管理理论在精神科病房管理工作中的作用。方法:通过识别、评估可能存在的/潜在的可引发风险的因素;运用风险管理进行预防和控制,通过加强学习,提高认识;制定和完善各项规章制度;采用随时督导检查、不定期抽查、跟班、定期通报等方法,检查落实情况,并将成绩纳入量化考核。结果:通过应用风险管理,强化了护士的风险意识,提高了护士的责任心及质量意识,减少了护理缺陷的发生.结论:有效的降低了风险系数,为患者提供了高质量的护理服务。

Objective： To explore the role of risk management in the practice of psychiatry ward. Methods.. To identify and assess the potential risk factors, and achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling through risk management; To improve the recognition by strengthening study, to establish and perfect the regulations and system; To check on the implementation through supervising, irregular spot-checking, attendenee and regular bulletin, and incorporate performance into quantitatlons assessment. Resuits~ Through the applications of risk management, the risk and quality cognition and the responsibility of the nurses were strengthened, and the rate of nursing defect were reduced. Conclusions Risk coefficient were reduced effectively and high quality service were provided to the patients.
