利用血液透析机实现血液灌流的技术及临床应用

血液灌流是近年来临床抢救药物、毒物中毒的一种新方法。但专用灌流机价格昂贵，功能单一，一般医院都未购置；而简单灌流治疗不安全，且效果差。文章介绍了以透析机为基础，经改进后用于血液灌流治疗的技术，包括该技术的基本原理和组成、使用方法、临床效果及改进意见。

The hemoperfusion(HP) is a new method used in clinics in resent years for treatment of drug or toxicant poisoning. But the specical HP machine is too expensive and its function is too specific. So such machine is not commonly used in hospitals. Simple HP machine is unsafe and has not good effect. The modified technology used in HP based on hemodialysis machine is introduced in this article including its basic theory,conformation,usage and improvement suggestion.
