摘要
通过5%的氨水或3%的冰乙酸刺激大鼠子宫,然后子宫内接种能引起家畜子宫内膜炎的大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和溶血性链球菌的混和病原菌,建立了大鼠实验性子宫内膜炎模型。该模型可用于子宫内膜炎病因学和治疗学的研究。
Edometritis model in rat was developed by the stimulation with 5% NH3 · H2O or 3%acetic acid for 3 days, then was inoculated with the mixture of the isolated E. coli and S. aureus. This model was helpful for the investigation of pathogenesis and therapeutics of endometritis.
