马尾松叶面拮抗细菌NA的分子鉴定 被引量:3

Identification on Molecular of an Antagonistic Bacteria NA Isolated from Leaf Surface of Pinus massoniana

摘要 从松树叶面分离到1批拮抗细菌,经过室内外活体接种防病试验,最终筛选出1株对松枯梢病表现出良好防病潜能的生防菌株NA。常规鉴定和Biolog鉴定结果表明其为枯草芽孢杆菌种(Bacillus subtilis)。克隆了NA的16 S rDNA,通过测定和比较16 S rDNA的部分序列,对NA进行了分子鉴定,进一步验证了种的鉴定结果的正确性。 A lot of antagonism bacteria isolations were obtained from leaves of pines. Through test on the seedling of pines indoor and outdoor,the antagonistic strain NA which had strong biocontrol effect against Sphaeropsis sapinea was obtained. The result of regular identification and biolog dentification demonsrated that NA was Bacillus subtilis was obtained. The research cloned 16 S rDNA of NA and molecular was identified by testing and comparing partal 16 S rDNA sequence of NA which further certificated the result of regular identification and biolog identification.
