甜瓜细菌性斑点病病原菌的分离鉴定

摘要 从新疆昌吉及吐鲁番甜瓜地采集发病甜瓜、植株及叶片等样品22份,对甜瓜细菌性斑点病病原菌进行了分离纯化,并经过致病性测定得到甜瓜细菌性斑点病病原菌一株。根据形态观察、培养性状并结合微生物自动鉴定仪及该菌株的16S rDNA基因序列分析,对该菌株进行了鉴定,结果表明该菌属于燕麦噬酸菌。 22 muskmelon, plant and leaf samples were collected from Changji and Turpan muskmelon fields,Xinjiang. Muskmelon bacterial spot disease pathogens were purified,and a strain of the pathogen of bacterial spot of muskmelon was obtained by determination of pathogenicity. Based on the morphology,cultural characteristics,identification by using VITEK 32 and the 16S rDNA gene sequence analysis of the strain,the strain was identified as Acidovorax avenae subsp, citrulli.
