摘要
为了使Internet充分服务于机械产品的开发,在研究了当前参数化CAD技术之后,提出一种基于Internet的实时协同设计实现方案——"亚铃式"异地同步协同设计系统中有关机械零件的参数化设计方案,把图形的绘制等大量工作放在客户端,只在网上传送少量的参数,具有网络带宽占用量极小,实时效果好的特点。以齿轮为例,讨论并实现了该零件网上实时协同参数化设计的过程,验证了该方案实施的可行性。
To attain Internet fully serving development of mechanical product, the essay proposed an instant corporative designing realizing program after researching on the current parameterize CAD technology--a parameterize designing program of mechanical parts in - "dumbbell" allopatric corporative designing system. The approach attain gigantic work as graphic design on the client port and only convey little parameter so reveals characteristics of less band occupation and perfect instant effect. The essay also discussed process as to its realization of corporative parameterize design as an example of gear, and verified possibility of the program's execution.
