Analysis on Use of Antihistamine Agents in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2007

目的了解抗组胺药应用情况和发展趋势。方法调查医院2005—2007年抗组胺药使用品种、年销售量,采用金额排序及用药频度和日均费用进行统计。结果第1代抗组胺药的临床应用呈下降趋势,第2代抗组胺药则稳步上升。结论毒副作用小、服用方便、经济高效的抗组胺药是医生和患者的首选。

Objective To get the condition about the current situation and future trend of antihistamine agents in the hospital. Methods To investigate the use of antihistamine agents in the hospital from 2005 to 2007 in respect to the kinds, dosage. The data were statistically analyzed by using the methods of ranking expenses of consumption, DDDs, and daily cost. Results The DDDs of the first generation antihistamine agents trended to decline, but that of the second trended to increase constantly. Conclusion The antihistamine agents with little adverse effects, convenient administration, low expense and high effect are the first choice by doctors and patients.
