盐酸法舒地尔对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的防治 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察盐酸法舒地尔对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑血管痉挛的疗效。方法将56例患者随机分成两组,除常规治疗外,对照组26例术后给予尼莫地平注射液治疗,治疗组30例给予盐酸法舒地尔注射液治疗。结果盐酸法舒地尔对动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血后脑出血痉挛有积极疗效,两组间差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸法舒地尔是一种安全有效的新型抗脑血管痉挛药物。 Objective To observe the effect of fasudil hydrochloride injection in the treatment of cerebrovascular spasm of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorhage iSAH), Methods 56 patients with postoperative subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, The control group (26 cases) were given the usual treatment and nimodipine injection, The treatment group were given the usual treatment and fasudil hydrochloride injection, Results Fasudil Hydrochloride Injection could obviously improve the therapeutic effect for cerebrovascular spasm of aneurysmal subarachrioid hemorhage. Conclusion This study shows fasudil is safe and effective for SAH,and may be as a new unique anti - vasospasm agent.
