阐述了高职院校保险专业的人才培养目标,以课程建设为核心加强校企合作,具体分析了工学结合的操作及方法,把学校教育与校外工作有机结合,贯穿于学生培养过程中,更好地推进工学结合人才培养模式的探索与实践。

This paper discusses the talents＇ training goal of insurance practicality major,the strengthening of cooperation between colleges and enterprises with course construction as a core,and analyzes the operation and method of combining learning with working concretely.The combination of college education and working outside college should be carried out in the process of students＇ cultivation.The practice of cultivating pattern of ＂combining learning with working＂ should be advanced.
