摘要
详细分析抽油机的工作状态,提出分段补偿的控制方法,建立瞬时动态补偿模型。在无功补偿时,不仅考虑基波和谐波,还要根据负载的情况,在最优的范围内进行斩波调压,以节省线路的有功损耗。在此基础上,研制的抽油机节能装置,通过使用电参数测试仪对安装节能器前后进行时比,证明其节能效果明显。
This paper analyzes the work state of oil- pumping and presents control methods of multi- level compensation. Dynamic transient compensation model is built up. In the model, we take both base and harmonic into account and modulate the voltage of oil - pumping motor to save energy, energy saving unit of oil - pumping machine based on the above is developed. Comparing with energy- saving device by using electric parameter measurement equipment, It is proved that the unit can save energy evidently via tests.
