共情教学法在小学情绪辅导中的应用

摘要 一、小学情绪辅导心理活动课要解决的主要问题 学龄期间,儿童的情绪发展速度是惊人的。他们的许多情绪技能,例如控制消极情绪的能力、表现出不同于真实感受的“表面情绪”或“情绪外壳”的情绪保护和调节能力等,在5~12岁之间飞速增长。情绪辅导是小学心理辅导活动课的七项主要内容之一。
