摘要 目的探讨脂质代谢异常对2型糖尿病肾病(DN)的影响。方法测定40例糖尿病肾病(DN)和40例无肾病糖尿病患者(DM)空腹血清中TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、FBS的浓度。结果糖尿病肾病组较无肾病组的TG、TC、LDL-C浓度明显增高(P<0.01和P<0.05),而HDL-C、ApoA1、ApoB、FBS两组间结果无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论DN脂代谢紊乱的程度明显高于无肾病患者,脂质代谢异常是糖尿病的重要慢性并发症,脂质紊乱作为一种危险因子与糖尿病肾病的发生,发展有密切关系。 Objective To study the effects of the disorder of lipid metabolism on type - 2 diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods Case control was used to determine lipoprotein, apolipoprotein (Apo), plasma glucose in patients with type2 DN (40 cases) , and type2 diabetes (40 cases). Results There was significant difference in TG,TC,LDL - C in the two groups (P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ). There was no significant difference in levels of HDL - C, ApoA1, ApoB between the two groups. Conclusion The degree of the metabolic disorders of plasma lipids in patients with type - 2 DN is greater than in patients without nephosis.
