摘要 目的介绍近年来对磷脂酶B及其与白色念珠菌毒力关系的研究进展。方法查阅国内外大量关于磷脂酶B的研究文献,并进行详述。结果白色念珠菌是最常见的条件性致病真菌。磷脂酶B是磷脂酶家族中的重要成员,与90%的念珠菌磷脂酶细胞外活性有关,在白色念珠菌的毒力方面起着重要作用。结论磷脂酶B的研究成果将有助于进一步明确白色念珠菌的致病机制、耐药机制,为抗真菌药物的开发及白色念珠菌病的诊断和治疗等方面提供了新的前景。 Objective To introduce recent progress in research of the phospholipase B and the function as a virulence factor of Candida albicans. Methods Related essays on the phospholipase B of Candida albicans were reviewed. Results Candida albicans is the most common fungal pathogen of humans and has developed an extensive repertoire of putative virulence mechanisms. Among the many different classes of phospholipases, which are critical for microbial fungal virulence, phospholipase B (Plb) is responsible for about 90% of the extracellular activity of the candidal phospholipase, Conclusion These achievements will have a significant role in the studies of the virulence, drug resistance mechanism and development of anti - fungal medicine in Candida albicans, and opened up the new prospects for diagnosis and treatment about the candidiasis albicans.
