The management of drug pruchasing of the medical units in Guangzhou military region was investigated and the experience was summarized.In order to ensure the quality of purchased drug,some mesures have been taken,such as changing the concept,perfecting rules and regulations,enhancing the legal purchasing management,strengthening the leadership,optimizing the drug purchasing channels.
