本文运用分析产业集群的"钻石理论",根据实地调查获得的大量资料,分别从要素条件、需求条件、产业关联和市场环境等方面分析了格尔木盐湖化工产业集群面临的竞争环境,并就进一步优化竞争环境提出了一些对策。

In this paper analyzes about the ＂diamond theory＂ of the industrial clots, and according to the great among of data gained by field survey, anatomizes from the respects of elements condition, demanding condition,industrial association and market environment, etc, on the contesting circumstance that the salt lake chemical industrial clots of Ge Ermu faces to, and put forward some countermeasures on further optimize it.
