Law justice and the migrant workers' rights and interests guarantee

城市农民工在我国已经形成一个新型社会群体,成为我国产业工人的重要成员。然而,农民工在政治参与、劳动就业、社会保险、生活居住、业余文化和子女教育等诸多方面的合法权益却难以得到保障。因此,农民工的权利保护成为有关社会正义的一个重要话题。本文以青海省为例,从法理的角度指出了农民工权益保障方面的深层问题以及解决的路径和办法。

Rural workers in the city have become a new type social community in our country, and have become an important member of our country＇s industrial workers. However, their legal rights and interests in the respects of politic participation,labor employment, social insurance, livelihoods, leisure culture and children education, etc, are difficult to guarantee. Therefore, to protect their rights has become an important topic that relates to the social justice. This paper takes Qinghai province for an example, pointed out from the angle of.legal principle the problems at the deep layer of their rights and interests guarantee and the avenues for resolving it.
