In this paper analyzes and concludes with real cases about the issues of the superscription and responsibility declaration index and the letters space that relates to the field index and the way of using punctuation and ordering fields, and put forward some suggestions for dealing with it, so as to further standardize and improve the formation of computer read catalogue.
