随着社会的转型和经济的发展,行政腐败现象日益严重,并逐步成为妨碍社会进步、经济发展和政治稳定的突出问题。因此,坚持预防和惩治行政腐败已成为全党的一项重大政治任务,已成为执政党和政府当今亟待解决的重大课题。文章分析了中国行政腐败的危害及原因,提出了预防和惩治行政腐败的具体策略选择与制度安排。

Along with the transform of society and the development of economy, administration corruption is becoming a serious issue of the nation, and interrupting the social improvement, economic development and political stabihty. As a result, insisting in preventing and punishing administration corruption is now a significant political task of the Party, which needs the ruling party and the government to solve immediately. The thesis is an analysis on the damage and reason of China＇s administration corruption, it raised concrete strategies and system
