摘要
文章主要分析了构建以能力为核心的成人高等教育培养模式的时代背景、理论依据、指导思想和基本原则,阐述了构建这一个人才培养模式的教学体系以及条件和措施。
This paper mainly analyzes the time background, theoretical foundations, guiding ideology and basic principles of constructing the model of adult higher education centered upon cultivation of ability. It explores the teaching system, conditions and measures of constructing the mode of cultivation of talents.
