摘要
信息化时代,高校图书馆应该主动适应学生心理特征,积极开展人性化服务,才能充分发挥图书馆的教育功能。文章试图从理念和服务创新的角度,探讨新形势下高校图书馆开展人性化服务的实现途径。
The educational function of library would be made full use, as long as university library acted to adapt to university students' psychological characters, develop humanized service in information society. This paper attempts to discuss the ways in new backdrop of humanized service in university library from the point of view of concept innovation, infrastructure innovation, and service innovation.
