经济的发展以及社会信息化建设的需要已成为广西信息资源管理人才培养的主要动力。大学本科学历为主的宽口径应用型人才是目前广西对信息资源管理人才的主要需求,广西不同的地区或部门对信息资源管理人才的潜在需要不一,面对目前广西对信息资源人才的需求有必要加强在职人员的专业教育。

The development of the economy and the need for the construction of the social informationization have become the main momentum for the nurturing of the specialized personnel in information resources management in Guangxi, and those being wide access to various fields and mainly having granted undergraduate degrees are the most demanded in Guangxi at present. As areas or industries from all over Guangxi differ in their potential requirements for the information resources management talents, it is required to strengthen the specialized education among the in-service staff.
