摘要
随着研究生教育的不断发展,研究生导师队伍的质量要求越来越高,建构一套科学合理的导师质量评价体系的呼吁也愈来愈高。本文着重分析构建导师评价体系的几个核心因素,以便进一步确定导师质量评价指标。
With the continuous development of graduate education, the graduate instructors growing ranks of high quality requirements, and appeal of building a scientific and rational quality evaluation system for tutor also gets higher and higher. This essay focused on analysis of several core elements on construction of the instructor evaluation system, in order to further determine the quality of tutor evaluation index.
