运用流体网络理论解决供应链设计问题

Application of Fluid Net Theory in Design of Supply Chain

摘要 供应链设计的效果决定企业能否通过供应链管理获取竞争优势。文章提出运用流体网络理论进行供应链设计的新思想,根据候选企业在满足需求方面阻力大小的评价,将其视为管径不同的管路,配置管路结构以模拟供应链结构,最终选择总阻力最小的结构完成供应链的设计,以实现最大限度满足客户需求的目的。 SCM is a strategy for a company to get competition advantages. The design of SCM is a key factor which determines the effect of SCM. A new idea that fluid net theory is applied in SCM design is proposed in the paper. The candidate companies in the SCM are regarded as the pipes with different diameter according to their ability to fulfill supply chain demand. By the arrangement of the "pipes", the supply chain which has the least resistance can meet the customer demand heat.
